  • The umbrella guru wants customers to be happy with their purchases. If the umbrellas are not as pictured, the customer may request authorization for return of unused items purchased at umbrellaguru.com within 7 days of delivery. Merchandise must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt of authorization. Please open boxes carefully. The umbrellas are made of cloth. Each piece is quality controlled prior to shipping. umbrellaguru.com will not be held responsible for slashes in product made during the opening of boxes. All merchandise must be in the same new condition as received. There will be no refunds on damaged or stained merchandise. Please contact umbrellaguru.com for shipping return authorization. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization. umbrellaguru.com will credit the customer the full amount of the merchandise in the same manner as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Customer is responsible for shipping charges in both directions. No packages either sent COD or without return authorization will be accepted.
